Repairs and Resizes

If you need a piece of jewellery repairing why not let our in house jewellery workshop handle it for you?

Our work is high quality and always excellent value for money.

As we are e-jewellers you will have to send all pieces for repair and resize to us and because of this there will always be a charge (£5) for shipping the piece back to you. This is payable whether or not you take us up on our quote. This fee simply covers a Royal Mail Special Delivery fee and suitable packaging, meaning your item is protected, insured, guaranteed and trackable when we send it back to you.

If you would like to discuss repairs or resizes please contact us. Please note we can not give fixed quotes over the phone without seeing the piece in question.

All work done comes with a 12 month guarantee.
