14 DAY FUSS FREE RETURNS

 

Jewellery.tv 14 Day Fuss Free Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, you can send it back to us for a full money back refund.

All pieces returned to us must be in exactly the same condition as when you first received it and must show no sign of wear. Jewellery for piercings such as earrings and navel bars strictly must not have been worn and we will not accept returns of any piercing jewellery that shows any sign of any wear.

Please note: this policy does not include the following types of pieces: Bespoke and custom order pieces, pieces which have been engraved at the request of the customer.


 

Returns after 14 days

Returns after 14 days are not subject to our 'Jewellery.tv 14 Day Fuss Free Returns' policy. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.


 

How to Return an Item

To return an item under the 'Jewellery.tv 14 Day Fuss Free Returns' policy please ensure you follow our returns guide:

1- Check the piece you wish to return is still in the same condition as when you received it and you have the jewellery presentation box it was supplied with.

2- Log in to your Jewellery.tv account, click on 'View the orders I have made' then click the appropriate order number. At the bottom of your order details click 'submit message' and confirm that you are returning an item to us under our 'Jewellery.tv 14 Day Fuss Free Returns' policy.

3- Send the piece with the jewellery presentation box it arrived in, a copy of your order number and brief note that the piece is being returned for refund. Then return it to:

IMPORTANT NOTE: It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure packaging is adequate to protect the piece and presentation box against any damage in transit. We will not accept any damaged goods returned to us for refunds, unless by prior consent. Claims against couriers for goods damaged in transit will remain the responsibility of the sender.

4- The piece must be delivered back to us no later than 14 days after it was originally received by you, unless by prior consent.

Returned items will usually be processed within 2-3 working days of receipt. This process involves inspecting the piece for damage. If there is a problem with your return we will email you to let you know along with further details of how we will resolve the matter. Refunds will be returned to your payment card once inspection has taken place. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear on your payment card after authorisation.

We recommend only using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service to return jewellery as this is both trackable and can be insured for jewellery.

Postage charges for returning jewellery will not be covered by Jewellery.tv, unless otherwise agreed.

Jewellery.tv does not accept responsibility for pieces being returned to us until such time as we have physically taken possession of them. Returned items will remain the responsibility of the sender until such time as we have taken possession of them. Claims against couriers for goods damaged in transit will remain the responsibility of the sender.

All pieces must be returned to us in exactly the same condition as when they were recieved by the customer in order for a full refund to be given.
