For product lead times please see individual product pages as our lead times vary from product to product. If we anticipate a delay to the estimated lead time of your order we will contact you by email or telephone as appropriate.

Shipping to the United Kingdom - Free Shipping for all orders

UK Shipping Times: Orders valued at over £75 are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery and are guaranteed for the next working day after they have been despatched.

Orders under £75 will be shipped by Royal Mail Recorded, 1st and 2nd Class services and will take approximately between 1-2 working days to be delivered.

Despatch Notification and What to do Next

When your order is despatched our system will email you automatically. If your parcel is shipped using a guaranteed or signed for service this email will contain a tracking reference number and online link to track your parcel.

If you are not available to receive your parcel when it is delivered Royal Mail will put a card through your door with instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping to the European Union - £6.00 per order

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain & Sweden

Shipping to Europe costs £6.00 (inc. VAT) per order

Shipping Times: Parcels shipped to the EU will take approximately 3-7 working days from despatch date.

Shipping to the Rest of the World - £6.00 per order

Australia, Canada, Gibraltar, Iceland, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, USA

Shipping to Rest Of World costs £6.00 (VAT exempt) per order.

Shipping Times: Parcels shipped to the Rest of the World will take approximately 3-7 working days from despatch date.

Packaging

All our jewellery and smaller silverware items are shipped packaged in presentation boxes within protective bubble wrap envelopes. Larger silverware items will be packaged in the manufacturers packaging then in an outer box which will be filled with foam.

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in anyway, please contact us us immediately and we will arrange a replacement.
